The handmade Carnival elevates the handmade item and items with custom imagery over the mass-produced item. In a handmade carnival, paid games join free activities at events, and help to balance the budget of the event, while making the event fun!
The goal is to make handmade items relevant to the event at hand, and these are the high end prizes. Handmade items may also be sold at the ‘store’.
Handmade Carnival Game for the Lunar New Year event
The first Handmade Carnival game challenged individuals to move LEGO bricks from one container to another within 1 minute. Special points were given for red and yellow bricks.
